Registration fees are $10 for students and $20 for professionals. No refunds will be done.
The registration fee includes access to all keynote speaker talks as well as the afternoon discussions. It also includes two coffee breaks, lunch and the afternoon reception at Putah Creek Lodge.

Travel fellowships

Please note that all registered students coming to the meeting from outside Davis will automatically be entitled to a travel fellowship of up to $25 per person. If coming by car, we will calculate your maximum reimbursement amount depending on the millage of your trip according to UC policy. (For example, if you drive from Berkeley, that will be ~130 miles for a round trip at $0.55 a mile. So your maximum claimable reimbursement will be $71.50. If you drive alone, we will only give you a travel fellowship of $25. If there are three students in your car, then you will be entitled to a travel fellowship amount of up to $75 which will allow you to be reimbursed your full amount spent). So, we encourage participants to carpool. If you have a large enough group, we may be able to help you renting a bus. Please get in touch with us using the contact section of the website.
